Autumn Equinox: garden harvest time!

roasted tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt, pepper

spoon roasted mixture into food mill, placed over a bowl

rotate the food mill handle backwards, then forward again to mash all the goodness

stir to mix before ladling into jars

this batch will go in freezer, & will be perfect for a refreshing pick me up when the rains come
